Julie Hill Wisdom — Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, sessions, programs, retreats, circles and other offerings with Julie Hill Wisdom. By making a booking and submitting payment in full or in part, you are agreeing to enter into a contract with Julie Hill Wisdom on these terms and conditions. That contract becomes binding immediately upon submitting your registration and payment.

1. Prices All prices are as advertised at the time of booking. Where a payment plan is available and chosen, by paying your deposit you are agreeing to make all remaining payments by the dates agreed at the time of booking. Transaction fees are included in installment amounts and are waived for those choosing to pay in full.

2. Payment and Cancellation Payment confirms your commitment to your booking. Cancellation policies vary by offering and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Some offerings may be non-refundable — this will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

3. Inclusions The specific inclusions for each offering will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Any guided meditations recorded during sessions are the intellectual property of Julie Hill Wisdom and are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, distributed or reproduced in any form.

4. Confidentiality All sessions and circles with Julie Hill Wisdom are held as sacred and confidential space. Everything discussed within any session, program, retreat or circle is strictly confidential. By participating you also agree to honor the confidentiality of anything shared by others within that space.

5. Liability Julie Hill Wisdom offers spiritual guidance, healing sessions, sacred retreats and wellness offerings. Julie Hill is not a licensed therapist, counselor or medical practitioner and nothing shared within any offering constitutes medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or treatment. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own wellbeing and any decisions you make as a result of your experience. If you are currently under the care of a therapist or medical professional, please inform them you are participating in spiritual coaching or healing work.

6. Force Majeure Julie Hill Wisdom's performance under these terms and conditions is subject to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, illness or any other circumstance which renders performance impractical, impossible or illegal. In such circumstances Julie Hill Wisdom reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any offering and will provide a refund of amounts paid less any reasonable costs already incurred.

7. Variation Julie Hill Wisdom reserves the right to make reasonable variations to these terms and conditions from time to time. Notice of any variations will be provided to you.
